Role Description:
- A management consultant with varied skills, knowledge and experience with a key focus on people centered transformation and change.
- A workstream/project leader who has experience of leading, managing and supporting key workstreams or projects and developing key client relationships and opportunities, influence client thinking and achieving high quality client outcomes.
- An individual who can support, coach and mentor team members in high quality delivery of project outputs and outcomes.
- A team player who is able to apply logical, challenging thinking and opinion to support an established team across multiple workstreams across large scale transformational environment.
Role Accountabilities:
- Own and deliver assigned project work under the guidance of senior colleagues to deliver defined project outcomes.
- Own and lead individual key workstreams or projects.
- Bring knowledge, expertise and experience to plan, shape and challenge key project or workstream outputs.
- Build, lead and contribute to a positive, open and challenging working environment for all team members.
- Build strong relationships with project team members and client team members through valuable contribution and insight.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations that can be incorporated into proposals and client presentations.
- Demonstrates the ability to influence client outcomes.
- Develop and/or apply suitable quality management and quality assurance activities against project deliverables.
- Lead project and non-project initiatives that impacts the business and/or client, largely independently.
- Manages team members effectively and coaches/mentors junior consultants and/or peers.
Work closely and collaborate with other workstream areas and other project teams to share knowledge and align solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Two years + business experience, ideally in a consulting environment.
- Experience in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Experience leading and managing project teams and/or key workstream areas.
- Demonstrates knowledge and/or experience in new technology adoption, digital transformation, innovation and/or research and development.
- Technical/Engineering sector knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge and experience of Strategic Planning, Business Change, Benefits Management, Operating Model, Stakeholder Management and Engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency with desktop applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
