Develop & Maintain IT Security Documentation: Create, update, and manage IT security policies, standards, and procedures covering servers, network devices, cloud security, and other security domains.
Ensure Compliance & Best Practices: Align security documentation with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.) and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with Security Teams: Collaborate with IT security, cloud, network, and compliance teams to ensure documentation reflects the latest security controls and processes.
Standardization & Version Control: Implement proper versioning and approval workflows for all security-related documentation.
Audit & Review Documentation: Conduct periodic reviews and audits to identify gaps and update documents accordingly.
Support Security Awareness & Training: Assist in developing security training material and guidelines for IT teams and employees.
Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with management, IT teams, and external auditors to ensure clarity and completeness of security documentation. Enhance Security Governance: Support IT security governance initiatives by ensuring documentation is comprehensive, structured, and accessible. Collaboration with IT & Other Teams: Work closely with global, regional, and client-specific IT or security teams to align documentation with practical, on-ground security implementations.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging threats and best practices to recommend necessary updates to security documentation.
