Consultant (Cumulocity)

Location :- Pune

Essential Functions:

Provide technical support and guidance for the following:

· Onboarding of devices to the Cumulocity platform

· Upgrade of device O/S, patches, config, firmware

· Resolution of connectivity issues between devices and Cumulocity platform

· Tools and utilities for automation of data analysis

· Automation of DevOps pipeline

· Provide assistance for change management and deployments

· Preferably knowledge on reporting automation (e.g., PowerBI)

Qualification:

· B.E. / M.E / M.S. / MCA

Minimum requirements:

· 3 – 5 years of experience in operations and providing technical knowledge and troubleshooting within Ops team and to interfacing support teams

· High level of expertise in infra, load balancers, network connectivity and setup, multi-cloud architecture based microservices

· High level of expertise in Unix shell scripting, Python, ANT, Jenkins and DevOps toolset

· High level of expertise in Agile frameworks

· ReST API, MQTT

· Kubernetes - Pods, Replicaset, Deployment, Service, Config map, Kubernetes certificate renewal, network of Kubernetes cluster, Kubernetes restart, Kubernetes draining , Kubernetes node, scaling of cluster.

· Chef - chef configuration, user creation, vault.

· Team player, excellent communication skills, and stakeholder management

· Fluency in English language

· Preferably ITIL certified
