We are currently seeking a Construction Systems Lead Engineer (10 – 20) years to join our team-based India, Chennai.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Oil and Gas Construction Digital Tools and Methods Engineer to join our team. 

Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing digital tools and methods to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of construction projects in the oil and gas industry. 

Ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in construction, engineering, field engineering, and installation expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement digital tools and methods to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of construction projects in the oil and gas industry.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for digital tool and method implementation.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on the use of digital tools and methods.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of digital innovation in the oil and gas industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry associations.
• Provide expertise in construction, engineering, field engineering, and installation to ensure that digital tools and methods are implemented effectively.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical or Civil or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in construction, Engineering, field engineering, and installation expertise.
• Experience with construction project management and scheduling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with digital tools and methods such as BIM, 3D modeling, and virtual reality.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Applications like Excel, Power BI and Programming will be added advantage.
