As a concierge security guard in the Office setting, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of Clients for some of the biggest brands out there!

Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard in an office setting
- Maintain a safe and Secure environment
- Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
- Respond to incident for Tenants if required
- Deter criminal activity
- Engage in visible deterrence through their presence and adhering to security procedures
- Performing Interior and Exterior Patrol with G-Track at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
- Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
- Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
- Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
- Performing environmental checks – water leaks, excessive air flow, unusual noises etc
- Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
- Provide Excellent customer service.
Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard in an office setting
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
- Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
- Customer service oriented
- Must be able to work Evenings
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
