As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in an Office setting

Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard
- Deter criminal activity
- Engage in visible deterrence through their presence and adhering to security procedures
- Performing Interior and Exterior Patrol with G-Track at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence and to identify potential risks
- Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
- Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
- Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
- Performing environmental checks – water leaks, excessive air flow, unusual noises etc
- Complete Daily reports .
- Provide Excellent customer service.
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Manitoba security license
- First aid certification an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must be able to work Evenings
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
