What you’ll do:


  • Job description:


  • Lead and manage a team of experienced technologists to work with our sales, presales, account teams and engage our enterprise customers to understand their business challenges and requirements.
  • Work with senior customer representatives (up to, and including, C-level executives) to advise and guide on the overall solution.
  • Work with our worldwide practice teams/ pursuit/ delivery leaders to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customer’s needs
  • Should be able to lead the team to implement critical projects, deliver Proof of Concepts (POC), design / build ecosystem on Cloud infrastructure.
  • On large scale projects, be able to lead a team of Compute, Storage, DR, BCP, Software defined solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities for additional HPE engagements by taking ownership and demonstrating credibility through agreed milestones.
  • Leading and delivering HPE’s Compute, Storage, Data solutions (On-Prem, Private, and Public cloud) solutions into customer environments and ensuring solutions works as specified.
  • Maintaining knowledge of wider cloud technologies and concepts, including but not limited to Data Storage, Storage networking, Server solutions, Hyperconverged infra, Software Designed Storage solutions, Public Cloud, Private cloud, SDDC solutions, Platform modernization and Data migration solutions.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships in the country, across HPE business units, especially GreenLake, Compute, and Pointnext. Managing complex multifunction relationships with senior and executive stakeholder management.
  • Managing project financials including business impact within the team with reliable forecast accuracy.
  • Drive a team to be active in WW forums, Tech communities, creates IPs, writing whitepapers
  • Enable growth in for the Hybrid Cloud Consulting practice.

    Desired Competencies:


  • Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in Consulting/Solutioning /IT services/ Customer delivery of which at least 5 years worked as a Platform/ Cloud/ Data Migration, DR/ BCP  Architect/Technology Manager leading/managing technology teams
  • Experience in responding to RFQ, RFP, deal shaping, effort estimation, designing and implementing enterprise production platforms, technologies and products that provide an IaaS / PaaS / SaaS solution.
  • Compute and Storage Design and Implementation experience with the following technologies.
    • Netbackup, Commvault, VEEAM, Data Protector, Storeonce, Rubrik, Data protection solutions
    • 3PAR, Alletra, Nimble, Primera, EMC storage solutions, Netapp, Block storage solutions
    • Linux/ Solutions
    • Data migrations
    • Software defined storage – Cloudian, CEPH, Cohesity, Scality, Commvault
    • Any Hyperconverged infra
    • Experience in the following products and technologies would be an advantage
      • Amazon, Azure, Google Cloud, and alternate cloud products and technologies.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Good People management skills interms of People enablement, performance appraisals, enabling the culture of innovation, growth and collaboration.

What you need to bring:


  • Engineering, MCA or IT Degree.
  • Good understanding of the compute & storage stack across multivendor solutions. In addition experience delivering Professional services in the IT infrastructure domain is preferred.
  • Industry Experience 10-12 years in managing the aspects of remote delivery in the professional services delivery (please not the role is not for operations.
  • Excellent people, technical and communication skills.
