Could you be the full-time Components Subsystem Manager in Coimbatore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates.
You'll lead and execute the RS Looms & Cubicles Sub-system Project, ensuring QCD commitments are met in line with Project & COE & Train Electrical requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial, Finance, Quality, Sourcing, Supply Chain), organize the project, build the project team, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of the detailed planning from Notice to Proceed to end of Warranty, ensure strong Change & configuration management, and manage variation orders.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring commercial success and customer satisfaction, considering all stakeholders
Leading the RS Looms & Cubicles project to meet QCD objectives
Clear communication of deliverables and goals to internal & external stakeholders
Effective control of the budget and financial reporting
Identification and management of risks and opportunities
Contributing to continuous improvement actions and knowledge sharing

Graduate Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) degree
Experience or understanding of Project Management (8-12 yrs preferred)
Knowledge of working with international teams
Familiarity with the rail industry's standards and practices
A PMP/IPMA certification (preferable)
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and motivational skills
