Could you be the full-time Reference Library and Competitiveness Manager in our dynamic team located in Coimbatore we’re looking for?



Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive project management and industry expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, results-driven, and collaborative teammates.


You'll ensure the completeness and continuous monitoring of the reference library against QCD objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Platform Core Team, Sites Teams, Central Métiers), manage competitiveness plans, and support pre-tendering/tendering activities and much more.


You’ll specifically take care of updating the reference library with cost improvements, coordinate competitiveness action plans, and collect return on experience (ROE) on relevant projects, but also support cost analysis and action plans for projects.


We’ll look to you for:


  • Ensuring the reference library is complete and continuously monitored


  • Managing competitiveness plans across the platform’s products and solutions


  • Supporting pre-tendering and tendering activities


  • Coordinating with internal teams to drive product development and monitor project execution


  • Collecting and integrating ROE into the reference library


  • Participating in the analysis and benchmarking of competitive offerings



All about you

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering


  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project/Bid Management


  • Strong Sroucing & Procurement experience with Localization / Indianization of Suppliers.


  • Familiar with SAMP (Saving Action & Mitigation Plan), DTC (Design to Cost) & RDTC (Redesign to Cost)


  • Understanding of product costs and operational flows. Cost Reduction with respect to Engineering, Sourcing, Procurement, Industrialization & Manufacturing process.


  • Familiarity with enterprise internal processes such as Tenders, Projects, Engineering, etc.


  • A certification in Project Management (desired but not mandatory)


  • Excellent communication skills in an international and multicultural environment


  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
