Job Description:
Support the development and execution of the sales enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
• Assist in the design and delivery of sales training programs, contributing to content development.
• Work closely with sales leaders to identify training needs, prioritize areas for improvement, and provide support.
• Participate in the analysis of sales performance data to identify opportunities for enhancing sales processes.
• May be responsible for managing a small team of sales enablement professionals, offering guidance and support.
• Participate in the selection and implementation of sales enablement technology solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of sales enablement programs.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives to senior management.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in sales and sales enablement
• Proficiencies in sales strategy, training, and technology
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP), is a plus
