Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts to ensure strategic alignment with global business objectives.
- Oversee the development of analytic frameworks and methodologies that drive insightful data interpretation.
- Collaborate with various departments to incorporate analytic insights into company-wide strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytic reports and presentations to executive leadership.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in analytics to keep the team ahead of the curve.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in analytics with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, including advanced Excel, SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau.
- Proven skills in leading a high-performing team and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex analytics to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing global analytic projects or teams.
- Certification in data science or analytics (such as Certified Analytics Professional).
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
