Drive compliance strategy for the global entities and make judgement calls.Own, coordinate and support restructuring initiatives and activities amongst the group companies.Create compliance calendars/checklists and drive implementationStrong expertise in drafting, research on lawsHandle regulatory queries, draft and compile responsesLiaison with external parties (consultants/regulators) to drive the charter.Interest in startup ecosystem along with the curiosity to track and keep abreast of the global compliance landscapeWhat makes you a great match for us?
