Open since May 2019, in the information technology capital of India, Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travellers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. Designed to reflect a sense of its location, the Hotel’s design merges nature and architecture in an homage to Bengaluru’s reputation as the Garden City. Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE is located in one of the city’s most dynamic development that includes Four Seasons Private Residences, premium grade office space, sophisticated retail, dining and entertainment.

About the role


The Four Seasons Private Residences Bengaluru is looking for a Community & Lifestyle Concierge Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Residential Concierge will have the opportunity to shape the resident experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service. This position reports to the Residences Manager.


What you will do


  • Handles all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism – accommodating special requests whenever possible


  • Resolves resident complaints & assists residents in all inquiries in connection with residence/hotel services, hours of operations, key residence/hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.


  • Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner


  • Assists retrieval of resident’s vehicles if requested.


  • Manages and provides access to the building(s) and units with all vendor/contractor/homeowners’ service providers and visitors, after previous authorization received, assists with vendor/contractor scheduling, verifies identity and provides appropriate residence access for vendor/contractors and homeowners’ service providers. 


  • Is knowledgeable about what activities are available in the local vicinity (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close relationships with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, transportation, ticketing, and reservations for residents.


  • Ensures that collateral and information for vendors, restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current. 


  • Updates homeowner profiles with any relevant information


  • Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements (i.e. Engineering and Housekeeping requests) the resident has made and ensures accurate billing


  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and Managers


What you bring


  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role within 5 Star Luxury Hotels is considered an asset


  • Candidates with a passion for excellence, expertise in Residential Concierge and proven leadership experience


  • Candidates must have a firm knowledge of the area and be extremely organized and be able to multi task.


  • Previous pre-opening experience is a plus


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or Equivalent is considered an asset


  • Strong communication and customer service skills
