Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Colleague Experience Specialist to join our HR Operations team in Pune. This role involves leading Colleague Experience (CX) initiatives by analysing key data and feedback to identify areas for improvement, implementing targeted strategies to enhance engagement and overall colleague satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, Stakeholder management. The candidate should have worked in an environment that delivers great colleague experience including managing multiple projects, process simplification and other colleague experience related initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
Colleague Experience Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive colleague experience strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve the colleague journey at various touchpoints within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in all colleague experience initiatives.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze Workday Case surveys and other feedback mechanisms to understand colleague sentiments.
- Generate regular reports detailing survey results, trends, and actionable insights to improve colleague experiences.
- Work closely with HR Operations leads to develop and implement strategies based on data-driven insights.
Change Management:
- Support multiple projects aimed at enhancing colleague experience, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate efforts across departments to ensure a cohesive and seamless experience for all colleagues.
Training and Development:
- Design and facilitate training sessions for the HR Operations team, focused on best practices in colleague engagement and experience.
- Promote a culture of empathy, responsiveness, and satisfaction across HR Operations to improve colleague interactions.
Proactive Engagement and Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for colleague experience-related inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective support.
- Foster open communication channels to encourage feedback and suggestions from colleagues.
- Develop and implement initiatives to boost colleague engagement and satisfaction, reinforcing a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 8 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, or colleague experience-focused roles.
- Detail oriented and highly organized individual demonstrating a high level of initiative
- Ability to analyze information and convert related activities into a comprehensive work plan
- Ability to communicate and make recommendations to upper management
- Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information
- Demonstrated problem solving, time management and priority setting skills
- Strong resolve to manage customer issues in a timely manner and collaborate with the team to ensure process run smoothly
- Research complex issues, think outside the box to solve problems, and follow up promptly with actionable solutions
- Familiarity with process and workflow software such as Visio (desirable)
- Strong analytical and processing skills and high attention-to-detail
- A continuous improvement mindset, with the end goal of customer satisfaction and quality service delivery
