Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated *Specialist Seller* to join our team, focusing on *collaboration technology solutions*. This role involves driving sales, building strong partner relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that enable businesses to enhance communication, productivity, and teamwork through collaboration tools (such as video conferencing, cloud collaboration platforms, team messaging apps, and other unified communication solutions).



Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets.



Understand and articulate the value of collaboration technology solutions, including hardware and software platforms.



Identify and qualify new business opportunities and customer needs within enterprise and SMB markets.



Present, demonstrate, and offer in-depth knowledge of Cisco collaboration tools (And understand competition tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom) to potential partners.



Engage with key partner decision-makers to propose tailored solutions.



Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., sales engineering, product specialists, and customer success) to deliver comprehensive, customer-focused solutions.



Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the collaboration space.



Develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering opportunities for account growth and upsell.



Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including proposal development and contract negotiation.



Qualifications*:

Proven experience in selling technology solutions, preferably in collaboration or communication technologies.



Strong understanding of collaboration tools, unified communications, and cloud-based solutions.



Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.



Demonstrated success in a quota-driven sales environment.



Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.



Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.



Experience working with CRM systems and sales software.



Knowledge of Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms is highly preferred.



*Preferred Qualifications*:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Certifications in collaboration technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, Zoom).
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise-level clients.
