We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Project Manager
In this role, you will:
- Drive the execution of CoE vision and deliver the agreed targets.
- Provide governance and oversight on the CoE processes, demand and execution.
- Raise, track, report and mitigate the risks, issues and dependencies as part of the CoE program execution.
- Report the achievements, progress and status of CoE at the appropriate forums at agreed time intervals for senior management visibility and action.
- Track and drive the actions to closure from the management forums.
- Collaborate with other CoE pillars, HTI & Cybersecurity stakeholders for the smooth functioning of the CoE.
- Design & optimize processes for CoE by collaborating with process/tool owners, designing for efficiency and looking for opportunities for continuous improvements.
- Drive the front to back workflow and tools integration for CoE resourcing.
- Measure and monitor CoE metrics for impact evaluation for savings, SLA compliance, gap analysis etc.
- Develop and monitor a scorecard for measuring vendor performance, competitive analysis, opportunities for improvements & cost-savings.
