Job Description:

Job Family Definition:

Executes operational activities related to quote, price, configuration, deal registration, order management process, invoicing, and contract life-cycle management to ensure that sales orders are successfully completed from quote to delivery and credited appropriately assigned for sales compensation. Produces deal documentation and configures systems to reflect ordering processes. Generates invoices and client billing in accordance with service and product agreements. Records, updates and validates customer and deal information in systems produces reports and analyses of sales processing activities.

Management Level Definition:

Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

What you’ll do:

he EAAS Team is a strategic team created to support HPE go forward strategy to be an edge to cloud as a service company, The team provides E2E support to the Greenlake quotes supporting HW lead fallouts related to invoice, order, and quotes. The team also supports pure EaaS quote creation and order conversion and other business critical activities related to Greenlake orders. If there are any issues in the E2E value chain, the team is expected to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to ensure the deal is won, thus supporting overall HPE aaS revenue growth.

What you need to bring:

Here is a summary of the roles and responsibilities of the EaaS

Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6-8 years of related experience

1) troubleshoot HW lead fallouts (invoice, order, and quote fallouts),

2) Pure EAAS quote creation and order conversion,

3) Evaluations – send out trial license which have failed to go out,

4)Raising Tech Direct ticket for orders on GTS hold,

7) ARUBA quoting support,

8)  PO validation and order conversion,

9) Web invoicing – uploading invoices onto the Portals of the respective countries,

10) EAAS renewals.
