Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Cluster Director of Talent & Culture to join our leadership team in Jaipur, India. This role will be responsible for driving our organization's talent strategy and shaping our corporate culture across multiple locations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning our human resources initiatives with our business objectives and fostering an environment of growth, innovation, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans that support the organization's goals and objectives across the cluster
- Lead talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market
- Design and oversee performance management systems that drive employee productivity and growth
- Spearhead employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and organizational commitment
- Create and manage leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders
- Drive organizational culture initiatives that reinforce our company values and promote a positive work environment
- Lead change management efforts to support organizational transformations and new HR initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively across multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in India and other relevant jurisdictions
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree in HR or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a track record of success in strategic HR roles
- Experience managing HR functions across multiple locations or countries
- Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning
- Expertise in developing and implementing performance management systems and leadership development programs
- Proven ability to drive organizational culture initiatives and change management efforts
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use HR metrics to inform decision-making
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate at all levels of the organization
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools
- Ability to travel to different locations as required
