Key Responsibilities:


Assist the Clubhouse Manager in overseeing daily club operations


Manage specific departments or areas as assigned by the Clubhouse Manager


Ensure high-quality service delivery across all club amenities and facilities


Coordinate and supervise staff in assigned areas, including scheduling and training


Assist in implementing strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention


Help manage club events and activities, ensuring smooth execution and member enjoyment


Support financial management by monitoring departmental budgets and expenses


Address member inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally


Conduct regular inspections of club facilities to maintain cleanliness and safety standards


Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures


Support the Clubhouse Manager in project management and new initiatives


Ensure compliance with club policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations


Collaborate with other departments to maintain cohesive club operations


Prepare reports and analyses as required by the Clubhouse Manager


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in club management or luxury hospitality
  • Strong understanding of club operations and member service principles
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in club management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, event planning, and facility management
  • Financial acumen and experience with budget management
