Cloud R&D Project Manager
Your role:
Responsible for End-to-End leading of a project to develop software for a product, technology, system, solutions, services or IT solution. From the initial start until the introduction in the Market, or internal delivery, by gaining agreements on and achieving project scope and objectives while balancing schedule, cost, quality, requirements and keeping abreast of developments in project management tools and processes as well as technical domain, e.g. agile software development. Manages projects ensuring execution is in line with project guidelines and directives
You're the right fit if:

• 13-15 yrs of total experience
• Planning & Execution : Expert in developing comprehensive plans, setting milestones, and driving timely delivery for all R&D initiatives and commitments
• Team Leadership & Collaboration : Strong ability to foster a collaborative and productive work environment across R&D teams
• Risk Management : Proficient in identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring initiatives stay on track.
• Communication : Excellent communicator, able to clearly convey project updates, expectations, and feedback to all stakeholders including to leadership
• Agile & Scrum Methodologies : Experienced in implementing and managing projects using standard agile frameworks

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This role is base
