Summary: As a Cloud Migration Engineer, you will provide assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to migrate to the cloud. You will plan, deliver, and implement application and data migration with scalable, high-performance solutions using private and public cloud technologies driving next-generation business outcomes. Your typical day will involve analyzing existing solutions, designing migration strategies, collaborating with teams, and implementing cloud migration solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and implement cloud migration strategies. - Analyze existing solutions and infrastructure for migration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful migration. - Manage and monitor the migration process. - Identify and resolve issues and risks related to migration. - Ensure data integrity and security during migration. - Document and communicate migration plans and progress. - Train and support end-users on new cloud-based solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Architecture. - Experience with cloud migration and implementation. - Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architectures. - Knowledge of data migration best practices. - Experience with database migration tools and techniques. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Database Architecture. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
