Position Summary :


Do you like to implement technology solutions that have material impact on revenue production? Would you like to drive Digital Transformation across commercial products and services at a 113 year-old Wide Moat pure-play automation company? If your answer is yes, then Rockwell Automation wants you to join their growing Cloud Practice and effect change. Rockwell, a $7B industrial with 22,000 employees in 100 countries is at the forefront of the IoT revolution and is rebuilding their IT organization to accommodate for growth.


We need Full Stack engineering pros with a DevOps mindset to drive innovative technology solutions. The Cloud DevOps Engineer is critical path for both transformation and innovation. This tech professional, a cloud delivery, and operations native, with solid fluency in networking technologies, automation, and scripting, will help Rockwell move to a Cloud-First operating model and create best-inclass, agile, on-demand IT products and services.


Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:


You will implement, managing, and supporting the Information Technology (IT) infrastructure. You will develop systems software to analyze data to improve existing ones. You will support the design, deployment, and operations of a large-scale global hybrid cloud computing environment. The role designs and maintains modern and open toolchains, automation frameworks and test suites, infrastructure tiers, advocating for end-to-end automated CI/CD DevOps pipelines. You will work with developers and the IT staff to oversee the code releases by understanding the requirements.

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field

Skills required:


4 plus years of relevant experience on Azure cloud DevSecOps


  • Cloud Application architecture
  • Kubernetes.
  • DevSecOps.
  • Cloud Networking.
  • Confluent Cloud. ( administration )
  • Collibra Tool. ( Infrastructure, Integrations & Configuration )
  • Elastic Cloud. ( Cluster management & Configuration)
  • Experience with Java, Python, SQL, or other domain-specific programming languages
  • Demonstrable cloud development impact
  • Experience working in a Cloud-First operating model or within a dedicated cloud team
  • Service Provider/MSP experience
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
