Job Description

BD Cloud Managed Services Enabling Bosch Divisions in their digital journey towards Cloudification and Digital transformation through the P/S offerings from the Tribe BD/DPA-CSO. Cloud Deployment Services  - LOT This LOT functions as an extended arm for all 4 Product and Service offered from BD Managed Cloud Services portfolio that includes Cloud Adoption, Migration and Platform Modernization, Cost Optimization and Managed Security Services.  The respective PSM’s will engage the LOT members to fulfill the P/S demands.As Cloud Deployment Services LOT Lead You are accountable for the team achieving a maximum of efficiency and scalability in business operations in order to reach the BD business goals. You as lean and efficiency expert:

Take responsibility for commercial and financial target achievement on LOT level 

E2E responsibility for respective product/service/process within LOT 

Drive standardization and optimization of process flow and outcome generation measured against benchmark with clear focus on efficiency and scalability 

take the role as a global responsible Product and Service Owner (PSM)

Ensure service agreements are fulfilled  

set and own quarterly LOT objectives and key resultsYou as entrepreneur:You proactively interact with the customers and internal stakeholders, take their perspective to deliver business value and secure future engagements. You continuously review and challenge the existing portfolio and trigger portfolio decisions and define search fields for innovations. You take responsibility for budget and target achievement on Tribe Level. You set quarterly LOT objectives and key results.You as people developer: 

Take responsibility on managing capacity and skill set of LOT member, ensure load balancing 

Ensure necessary resources are available at the required skill level; manage recruiting/up-skilling activities  

Lead LOT member and ensure their continuous development 

Ensure excellent on boarding experience for newcomers & talent retention 

Create an open and inspiring environment for learning and innovation You as a communicator: 

Actively promote and drive lean ways of working 

Foster exchange and knowledge transfer within LOT and across other relevant LOTs in order to share best practices

You have >5 years of leadership experience (e.g., project management, line mgmt., etc.)  in the IT or software industry (comprising a focus on technology and business) required with exposure to Cloud technologies

You have >2 years of experience in consulting and a very good understanding of the consultancy business model and working style. You will build on your profound experience in this area and use this knowledge to guide your team.

Guide customers to ensure success in building and migrating applications to Cloud by following the principles of Well-Architected Framework

Help educate Bosch Divisions on the value proposition of BD Managed Cloud Services

Develop deep relationships with key customer IT and Business decision makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their division to enable them to be cloud advocates.

Maintain Cloud Technology knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights

Ability to ideate and drive in house automation and asset development to offer Security services at large scale

Presentation skills with high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences (Senior Executives, IT management and developers)

Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives and cloud business development

Nurture Cloud computing expertise internally and externally to drive Cloud Adoption

Ability to work independently with minimal direction; self-starter/self-motivated
