Hands-On experience of working for at least 2 years with DocuSign CLM/SpringCM.Able to translate business requirements into Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.Preferred Skills and Experience Strong fix skills on CLM platform.Minimum knowledge and understanding of financial markets are desirable.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Ability to communicate effectively in English with all levels of staff, both orally and written.Ability to manage own work and multitask to meet tight deadlines without losing sight of priorities under minimum supervision.Highly motivated, self-directed individual with a positive & pro-active attitude to work.Customer and service focused, with determination to meet their needs and expectations.Be driven and committed to the goals and objectives of the team and organization.Salesforce knowledge and integrating experience with DocuSign is desirable.Education and Professional SkillsCertified Experience with DocuSign CLM/SpringCM desirable.BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable). Solid English reading/writing capability required.Good communication & articulation skills.Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking.Agile related certifications preferable.Detailed ResponsibilitiesMust interact with global teams in time zones spanning UK, US, APAC areas. Collaborate closely with business collaborators, project managers, and other multi-functional teams to understand project goals, requirements, and work.Develop high quality solutions on the CLM platforms in line with business requirements.Support launch through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms, capacity planning and launch reviews. Participate in Project related activities to meet operational needs. Manage project priorities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery within established deadlines.Deliver a high level of customer service, whilst working under pressure.
