The Position

Position – Clinical Value Manager


Your Opportunity


You will be a key member of the Lab Transformation team and will focus on bringing out the outstanding clinical value of our high medical value assays, digital solutions (algorithms) with clinical impact and translating operational efficiency gains into impact on patient outcomes. Thus crafting an outstanding clinical value proportion. You will report to National Lead – Lab Transformation


The Clinical Value Manager drives:


Site specific value propositions – focusing on the Clinical C-Suite


  • Conveys key clinical data and product information to targeted HCPs and the CMO through face-to-face discussions with individual HCPs or groups within strategic acquisition accounts.
  • Crafts small, effective events that truthfully, factually, and fairly share the products’ merits with HCPs, using relevant, up-to-date evidence and data to show how these solutions improve patient outcomes and provide a competitive business edge to each account.
  • Identifies key clinical voices in the strategic sales planning and advances clinical stakeholders’ support towards Roche solutions.
  • Will be responsible for detailing product groups actively to ensure important HCPs understand the role of diagnostics assays, digital provider software solutions, automation solutions in patient pathways.
  • Success will be a clinical value proportion which demonstrates measurable value for our customers, shows competitive advantage for the account healthcare systems.

Site-Specific Strategic Selling Framework


  • Responsible for overall strategic account management planning, including strategic mapping of key HCPs and Clinical C-Suite.
  • Conduct Lab 360 vision framework workshops crafted by the Healthcare Consulting team.
  • Conduct key biomarker value conversations and education with the Medical team where needed as part of a well thought out account engagement plan.
  • Builds the REXIS strategic selling framework (using account blue sheets), including clinical stakeholder mapping and inviting the CMO to participate in contract decisions with a preferential vote during technical evaluation.

Who you are


  • Masters or PhD in Medical, Biotech, Life Science or related fields
  • Candidates with MBA or equivalent will be preferred
  • Track record and skill to engage with clinicians / HCPs
  • A proven experience in sophisticated, multilevel, multisite selling environments, preferably in the healthcare or imaging industries, is required.
  • Good customer communicator with HCPs and C-suite is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English, additional language capability is preferred
