Job Description

The International Private Bank (IPB) consists of three regions – APAC, EMEA, and LatAm, as well as the Global Families Group (GFG), covering U.S. families living abroad and international families who have businesses and personal interests in the U.S. Offering more than 1,000 advisors, the IPB works with clients from 80+ countries, does business in nine languages, and works alongside more than 30 regulators.


As a Client support associate within Global Private Bank, you would play a support role to the Private Bank Advisors, operate as an extension of the global team and be responsible to help on several aspects of servicing their clients across sales life cycle


Job responsibilities


  • Prepare presentations and materials for client and prospective client meetings
  • Be Aware of Asset Classes and characteristics and ability to work on Investment Proposals, Goal Based Analysis, Investment Reviews
  • Coordinate with global investment specialists, wealth advisors and capital advisors on client needs, meeting agendas, and managing client follow-up
  • Ensure accurate information is provided for Client Onboarding activities and researching client inquiries and managing follow-up communication and materials
  • Update periodically of client information in core banking systems, partnering with various functional partners and departments to service clients and diligently document minutes of client meetings
  • Draw insights from large data(Quantitative & Qualitative Analysis) and identify opportunities to streamline or automate existing process

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Graduate / Post graduate degree from a reputed institute with 2+ years of experience
  • Excellent stakeholder engagements skills and inclination to understand market dynamics and develop expertise
  • PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
  • Strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of client management

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Private Banking / Asset & Wealth Management knowledge a plus.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision; adaptable to work in demanding environment
  • Detail-oriented and results-focused
