Job Summary:


The role within the CWM (Client Wealth Management) team is focused on managing and executing settlement instructions for CWM Brokerage accounts. This involves accurately processing client requests to add or change settlement instructions, ensuring compliance with client directives and internal policies. The role is critical in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of account operations, directly impacting client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Process and update settlement instructions on CWM Brokerage accounts based on client requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage various request types, including ACH Setup, IRA Standing Instructions, Income Payments, Systematic transactions, RMDQ, Error Documents, Estate and Annuity instructions, and JPMA ACH Setup.
  • Liaise with clients to clarify instructions and ensure their requests are understood and executed correctly.
  • Ensure all changes and additions are documented accurately and comply with regulatory and company standards.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in settlement instructions promptly to minimize impact on client accounts.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolve any inter-departmental issues.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:


  • High level of accuracy in processing client instructions and managing account details.
  • Ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions to resolve them.
  • Efficiently manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining high client satisfaction.
