QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree
- Interest in and 2+ years experience in risk and professional standards issues
- Proficiency in basic business software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent customer service orientation and is able to collaborate across relevant stakeholders in a proactive fashion; adopts a flexible and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, flag issues and escalate appropriately
- Strong English in written and oral communication skills, including clear and concise writing and editorial skills, with strong personal presence and credibility
- Ability to work with limited guidance and able to navigate ambiguity, strong multi-tasking skills

This role reports to the Asia Client Service Risk Manager, Strategy & Operations and will be based in one of our India centers - Chennai, Bengaluru, Gurugram
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you will have primary responsibilities in the assignment of new client engagements and requests from teams, run checks on systems for contextual information, and coordinate with specialist teams and advisors. You will carry out basic risk checks/provide standard advice to our Client Service Teams (e.g. sharing standard risk guardrails or relevant policies).
You will support our India office risk operations by providing key risk information on potential clients for key stakeholders and monitoring the new client pipeline. You will lead on data record quality by running data quality checks (e.g. for risk guardrails), supporting Advisors on completing case data entries on our proprietary database (the Case Management System) and creating bespoke data dashboards to keep track of key case related outcomes and metrics. You will undertake regular risk reporting for relevant offices and key stakeholders in the region and provide CSR and other Firm Functions colleagues with advice and support on how to best leverage key tools and databases (including CMS, Engage, MIRO etc).
You will support the implementation of improvements to our operating model including on knowledge-management, reporting and risk awareness efforts.
