Job Title: Client Service Manager


Location: Gurugram, India


Role Description


  • The Client Service Analyst is responsible for managing client issues proactively, efficiently and to the satisfaction of the client within assigned portfolios.
  • The candidate will work Independently and as a Team under the guidance of the Client Services Head and provide administrative and analytical support in the daily administration and coordination of assigned clients/accounts; servicing of client enquiries, escalation of client issues, the administration of client service issues including SLA's, preparing client reporting, in some cases assisting with on-boarding activities for new and existing clients and working with Operations to ensure products/services are set up for their client base.
  • You will also be responsible for cross sell of cash products, managing critical transactions for clients and providing regulatory guidance and completing service reviews periodically and maintain client satisfaction index

Your key responsibilities


The role is a part of client service team (I&S) in Delhi branch (based out of Gurugram).


Key responsibilities include


  • Servicing key tier 1 relationships in cash mgmt. and trade finance
  • Cross sell cash products
  • Managing critical transactions for clients and providing regulatory guidance Completing service reviews periodically and maintain client satisfaction index
     

The role is very critical to manage and maintain existing client base and ensure they continue to bank with DB and also seek incremental biz opportunities from these key names


Your skills and experience


  • Client management skills
  • Proactive, Fast learner and able to apply learning in managing clients
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Team player, Good analytical skills
  • Knowledge of New Cash mgmt. and trade finance products
  • Well-versed with a good knowledge of banking Regulations related to Current Accounts and FEMA Current Account /Capital Account guidelines/ Trade
  • High standard of client delivery
