Who we are looking for:

Looking for candidate who Provides project support and team management throughout the life cycle for the Middle Office Onboarding team and Trade Broker set up and corporate Action  team.  Assists in the analysis and documentation of information and processes related to assigned project and carries out the implementation of new or modified system components.

The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Bank Trust one of the biggest custodian in the world and in to the middle office onboarding where we on board new Investment Manager in to State street middle office recon platform and along providing the Static support to Trade Management team.

What you will be responsible for:

• Assists in gathering project information by attending user meetings.
• Assists in analyzing information, using flowcharting and other methodologies.
• Participates in preparing project planning materials by recording meeting proceedings and maintaining tracking documents.
• Assists in preparing / distributing cross-life cycle project documentation.
• Performs set up and transactions to prepare user environment for system changes.
• Conducts research on information needed to support implementation.
• Communicates with users regarding conversion and roll out plans. 
• Coordinates and participates in various testing activities, team management.
• Documents new functionality and related set up and operational procedures, ensure all controls are implemented in the team.
• Some  functional  experience on  IBOR/ABOR Platforms like RKS,  Eagle Star, PAM, Portia etc and Trade and corporate action systems

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent
• Overall 6+ years of relevant Financial Industry Experience required, preferably Investment Management, Asset Management and Trade Management

Secondary Skills (Good to Have)

• Exposure to Trade Management and Corporate Action system set up.
