  • Overall experience of 2-4 years


  • Working knowledge of Windows, IIS, Apache servers


  • Ability to debug and analyze windows, web server and application logs


  • Experience with Incident Management Processes


  • ITIL or other service-oriented certification Strongly Preferred


  • Candidates with Python Scripting & Google Cloud knowledge are highly preferred


  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving multiple systems


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root cause and implement controlled changes


  • Ability to evaluate and discern issues and make the proper judgment call to escalate for resolution


  • Ability to work independently or under only general direction


  • MUST be ready to work in shifts covering 24x5 and weekend on-call


  • Shift, on-call & overtime allowance applicable


Key Skills:


Applications written in the following technologies are needed to be supported. Having knowledge of any of these technologies is an added advantage


  • C#


  • ASP.NET


  • WCF


  • MVC


  • .Net


  • Web API, RESTful Web API


  • MS SQL


Good to Have:


  • Experience with: .Net framework, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF


  • Experience with: MS SQL

• Optimization & automation of repeated tasks is an added advantage
