Working in-line with SSgA’s brand specifications and are responsible for creating client reports, factsheets and new template designs as per the business requirements.
 


Key Responsibilities & Experience Range


§ Manage the day-to-day BAU and make sure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and processing, as well as adherence


to controls.
§  Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy
§ Follow-up with upstream team and communicate report status with client facing team or client as necessary
§ Supporting and helping the associates and perform the quality check as per the procedure
§ Monitor and observe the Team Group Inbox and prioritize the requests as per the client deadline
§ Ability work under tight deadlines and capable of creating customized templates both in Excel and Powerpoint
§ Provide timely accurate management reporting and issue log maintenance, under moderate supervision


§ Actively look for areas of improvement and coordinate internally, overseeing implementation of efficiencies;


  • Provide clear guidance and management of direct reports to ensure they fully understand their responsibilities in terms of work objectives, client deliverables and expected levels of professionalism;
  • Plan and manage all team deliverables;
  • Actively look for areas of improvement and coordinate internally, overseeing implementation of efficiencies;
  • Support client use of State Street tools ensuring alignment with requirements;

§Minimum 8-10 Years of experience


§well versed in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF)


§Willingness to work in shifts

Basic or intermediate Financial or Asset Management Certification

Good communication and interpersonal skill


Basic Understanding of Asset Management


Secondary Skills (Good to Have)


Proficiency in formatting and templating skill in Adobe Packages in particular (InDesign and Illustrator) is an added advantage

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
