We are currently seeking a candidate to join Corporate Banking team in Mumbai to provide relationship support for the Local Corporate Portfolio – Real Estate Sector.
Principal Responsibilities
·Prepare quality new money and annual / interim review proposals including financial modelling in line with Real estate policies, procedures and guidelines within agreed deadlines for submission to the appropriate approval authorities and liase with internal stakeholders along with Relationship Manager for relevant approvals.
·Diligence legal documents including contractual agreements, land related documentation and regulatory approval copies etc and identify potential risks related to financing the subject property.
·Completion of security documentation including negotiation and execution of loan / facility agreement letters and other ancillary documentation within the stipulated timelines.
·Liase with external parties including legal counsels, independent property consultants for documentation and valuation support.
·Liase with clients for financial information, interim updates and completion of documentation with stipulated timelines. Ensure that all approval conditions are complied within the timelines syipulated.
·To liaise with various internal departments (Risk, CDT OPS, GLCM, GTRF, GM etc) to ensure efficient servicing of corporate customers.
·Ensure timely compliance with all FCC requirements for the portfolio.Co-ordinate with Internal Teams for ensuring account opening and KYC remediation’s are completed on time.
·Ensure implementation of all CRE audit and regulatory recommendations and constant monitoring/ review of the assigned portfolio including supporting RMs with managing RMTs.
