Do you work independently without close supervision? We can offer you an exciting role where you can use this passion to enhance your skills and play an important role in delivering consistent and qualitative Lease Administration Financial Management services for JLL Clients. You will be managing a team of individuals who work on Financial Management aspect of Lease Administration as Account Leads on the Accounts and their Supervisors/Assistant Managers. You will be acting as an Account Oversight (if required) and will be accountable for the operational delivery of your team members. At a high level you will play a role of a Team Manager as well as an Account Oversight (if required). A high degree of independence is required on a day-to-day basis but will be responsible to the Lease Administration Deliveries. Manage administrative and recruitment matters in consultation with the Operations Leads. Act as the contact for interaction and escalations with the parties related to the delivery of Financial Management services.
Highest qualitative delivery
You will be accountable for the work done by the Account Lead who manages client email boxes and document workflow to ensure Turn Around Time and responsiveness is maintained and met in a timely manner. Review as an Account Oversight (if required) the monthly reporting package which includes critical date and portfolio summary reporting, Variance Reporting, Payment Files in a timely and accurate manner. Assist in the transition of new accounts into JLL responsibly. This may include audits and process testing. Complete all duties with a focus on cost avoidance and Cost savings for our clients. Ensure our processes and procedures are maintained to ensure adherence with all internal and external compliance policies. Manage/perform ad hoc projects/tasks to ensure clear communication on progress and timely completion of all assigned tasks. Work closely with internal Stakeholders to resolve any escalations and take corrective and preventive measures. As a team manager ensure operational activities are performed within the agreed and stipulated timelines. Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success.
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of lease administration. This will include managing various team of Lease Admin, portfolio reviews, management reporting, planning/ tracking and monitoring of all the resources in JBS LA team. To be actively involved in performance metrics – KPIs i.e. Quality, TAT, and Productivity. Also the focus would be on accurate and timely rent payments to landlords and preparing invoices for subtenants. He/She will also have responsibility for directly working with the Hub leads to ensure continuous performance improvement and sharing best practices within the team and across all regional functions.

Deliver excellent customer service. Build and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and be comfortable communicating across all levels. Accountable for account staff (analysts, senior analysts and assistant managers, Managers) who perform financial reviews and generate financial reports which includes Variance Report, Rent Recommendation Report and/or flat file, Accounts Payable report, Accounts Receivable report, Aging Report, prepare monthly client invoices (where applicable). Able to transition and implement start up accounts independently. Able to provide solutions and strategies for client needs and concerns. Able to understand the balance between the scope of works, the clients want and needs, and the productivity required for profitability. Providing strong leadership to reporting line and managing expectations within the team (performance, compensation and promotion). Other tasks requested by management.
Responsible for overall global delivery related to KPIs and SLAs, functional consistency across the geographies, fee collection and adherence to all contractual obligations, client retention and delivery strategy, risk mitigation for the firm and the client, overall internal audit results (data and compliance), account team support, business line support and reporting internally and externally
The Lease Administration Global Coordinator will ensure Regional Lease Administration Leads understand the client structure and how that structure affects the account team and delivery of our services. Also assists Lease Administration Regional Leads to resolve issues with client communication, process and policy, strategy, scope and fee issues, compliance, workload & staffing, and reporting.
The Lease Administration Global Coordinator acts as the escalation point for the regional leads on the account. The coordinator ensures that both the client and the account team are updated and aware of lease administration activities, issues and concerns on a regular basis.

We’re looking for University Graduates/Post Graduates (Commerce / Finance Background) or equivalent work experience in lease administration. A PMP / MBA degree is preferred. A minimum of five (7) years’ industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant; Strong attention to detail; Knowledge of real estate leases and accounting would be useful; Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage accurate data; Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines; Good interpersonal skills to operate as a pro-active member of a small core team; Positive approach to meeting clients’ needs; Experience in using a property management/lease administration system. Should be able to work with and report to multiple point of contacts and multiple projects at the same time. Strong team management and project management skills including project planning.
Requisite Skills
Communication – excellent written and verbal communication skills. Including but not limited to Interacting with Clients through Telephone calls, email communication and Virtual meetings (MS Teams, any other virtual platform). Responding to Client Queries in timely and professional manner. Expertise in operations management and project leadership with proven track record in managing complex clients and projects. Drive Operational Excellence and Client Satisfaction Crisis management/ escalation management – ability to de-escalate and conflict management. Strong Analytical, Strategic thinking, planning and high reliance on data. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities along with securing wider agreement on complex and contentious issues Expectation management – expert in negotiations, project management and performance reporting/ownership Long-term relationship building - able to go beyond duties to develop trust in the relationship. Collaboration/ coordination– ensure that delivery is integrated across teams and regions along with consistency, uniformity and standardization as much as possible, the single PoC for the client. Implementing quality control processes, conducting regular audits, and providing guidance and training to the team Able to identify trends and themes in errors; build training and coaching plans to address Leadership skills: Role modeling and mentoring/coaching others to build a pipeline of future leaders.
