Roles & Responsibilities:
Support:
- Perform information system security vulnerability scanning to discover and analyse vulnerabilities and characterize risks to, operating systems, applications, and other information system components for client.
- Mitigate compliance using Intune & SCCM to analyse configurations and facilitate implementation of configurations and hardening settings for operating systems, applications, and other information system components for client.
Maintenance:
- Participate in design, planning, installation, and support of operating systems, applications, and services.
- Participate in management of OSD process – building, capturing, and updating Windows 11 images. Windows Desktop OS Deployment.
- As an Intune, you to have knowledge for troubleshooting of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Rugged, devices including but not limited to OS, Application, Configuration, Compliance management. Configure Enrolment MDM
- Configure Device Configuration Profiles.
- Configure Device Compliance Policies.
- Deploy and Manage Apps.
- Manage Software Updates.
Development:
- Strong experience in Design and Implement SCCM and Intune platform for large environments.
- Design and deployment experience of iOS, Android and Windows 10 configurations and policies through Intune.
- Strong experience and expertise in Plan, Design and Migrate Microsoft Windows Operating system.
- Configure SCCM for Imaging, Deployment and Patch Management.
- Creating and Deploying Windows 10 using WAIK/ Windows ADK with MDT.
- Application Packaging using Intune (application profiling) or SCCM packaging tool.
- Knowledge in VB Scripting, Batch Scripting an Powershell Scripting (.Bat/.Cmd).
