Job Description

Process - CWM team is responsible to add/change settlement instructions on CWM Brokerage accounts as per the client instructions. Team deals with request type called – ACH Setup, IRA Standing Instruction, Income Payment, Systematic, RMDQ, Error Docs, Estate and Annuity, JPMA ACH Setup etc.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Processing & validating account opening & various types of maintenance requests on client accounts for the private banking clients. 
  • Extensive research on additional and updated client details.
  • Coordinate with banker for missing documents and details.
  • Ensure that all requests are completed before cutoff and there is no SLA miss.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures.
  • Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations.
  • Monitor and chase queries to ensure timely completion based on deadlines/urgency/escalations.
