The RoleAs a Civil Designer with Worley,you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. 


  • Develop 3D models using SP3D, E3D, or PDMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  • Prepare detailed 2D drawings and documentation as required.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and MicroStation for design and drafting tasks.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate structural designs into overall project plans.
  • Support material handling projects through effective design and modeling.
  • Review and revise designs based on feedback from project stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all designs meet industry standards and client requirements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in structural design.

About You


To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:


  • Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in structural design.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling platforms (SP3D, E3D, PDMS) is essential.
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD and MicroStation are required.
  • Experience with Tekla is preferred.
  • Familiarity with material handling projects is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
