About the role: 


 
This is a high-impact role within the CHRO’s office, where you'll be driving the strategic execution of HR initiatives that shape the future of the organization. As the bridge between the business and People teams, you will lead efforts to align our global People strategy with business outcomes, ensuring measurable impact on workforce productivity, engagement, and leadership development. 
This global role, based in Bangalore, offers you a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional leaders and regional People teams while operating at the forefront of HR innovation. 
 


Key Responsibilities and Metrics for Success: 


  • People Strategy Development & Execution: Collaborate with the People Head to develop a People strategy that aligns with business goals. 

Success Metric: Achieve on-time delivery of key HR initiatives across regions, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. 


  • Strategic Leadership & Executive Reviews: Lead execution reviews with functional heads and prepare the agenda for leadership connects with the CEO & Founders. 

Success Metric: Ensure visibility and progress tracking on HR initiatives during quarterly executive reviews. 


  • Talent & Leadership Development: Partnering closely with the Talent management unit for  significant investment in Talent and Leadership development to sustain the growth momentum. Designing and implementing Talent strategy for a high-growth organization 

Success Metric: Achieving year on year uplevelling of the organisation and aiming to get to 20-30% of the org being high bar 


  • Driving HR Technology Adoption: Lead efforts to integrate advanced HR tech platforms for better talent management, employee engagement, and analytics. 

Success Metric: Achieve increase in HR process efficiency through digital adoption, reducing manual HR interventions. 


  • People Analytics & Intelligence: Establish a robust People Analytics function that enables data-driven decision-making across the organization. 

Success Metric: Identify and implement high-impact analytics initiatives that reduce turnover and boost employee engagement scores 


  • Culture Strategy: Partner with People head on overall organizational Culture strategy, scale existing initiatives and track the impact & progress 

Success Metric: Develop programs to reinforce company values and cultivate a positive, high-performance culture
