In this role, you will:
Financial leadership for the India Consumer business
Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance.
Shape, develop, transform, and drive the strategy of the business together with the India MD and leadership team. The role of the country CFO extends beyond financial management; it is a business leader that positively contributes to long term strategy development and operational excellence.
Partner with India MD to drive business results in delivering topline, OP, cost transformation. Drive working capital efficiency, forecast accuracy, growth, and innovation.
Assess business performance against both the annual plan and long-term strategic goals and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action
Develop credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends to assist the India Leadership Team in performing their responsibilities.
Enhance/innovate and/or develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation.
Drive transformation and optimization of operating structure and processes, including cost management, commercial investments, innovation, and overhead structures while at the same time being a visionary leader in support of cogent, innovative investments for growth.
Be a talent magnet. Serve as a strong talent developer by hiring, developing, retaining, and promoting direct reports, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and raising the performance bar.
Evaluation of the finance division structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth opportunities.
Work with global treasury and tax as required to deliver operating results for India.

In one of our Finance roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
15+ years’ experience as CFO/FD/FP&A/Business facing finance roles.
Demonstrated success in business partnering with commercial organizations (Sales and Marketing teams, country General Managers / Managing Directors).
CFO/FD / Senior level finance position in a multi-national company, Fast moving consumer good (FMCG) or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience an advantage.
Multi-country experience is desirable.
An energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image
Strategic thinker with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus and proven track-record of driving transformative change.
Well organized and self-directed individual who has commitment to operating in and building strong teams.
The ability to inspire, lead, challenge and influence the organization and build high performing, highly motivates finance team with strong succession plans.
Strong decision- making capability to effectively manage complexity and to be agile to ensure that in all decision making the enterprise impact is considered.
Prepared to challenge the status – quo as appropriate.
Geographically mobile and aspires to progress career to more senior and broader leadership roles in finance or business.
Strong communication skills are critical for this role
