Ensure correct maintenance of all equipment in conjunction with the other user departments & stay abreast with the technological advances in surveillance & safety of equipment.
Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
Inspect regularly to assess the state of the buildings and of the installations.
Check and ensure that proper safety measures have been adhered to and also ensure maintenance of all firefighting equipment.
Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all machinery, equipment and engineering facilities of the hotel and also ensure that there is no breakdown of the engineering systems.
