Chief Design Manager

• Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement effective design strategies to meet project goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and consultants, to ensure seamless coordination and integration of design elements.
• Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and control the design process, identifying and addressing any potential issues or challenges in a timely manner.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex design matters, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions are implemented.
