YOUR ROLE
- Drives and executes new product development projects mainly in the area of thermal materials
- Provides technical support service to Manufacturing and Quality as required
- Tests or supervises tests on product stability and performance
- Approves technical readiness of raw materials and products as well as first production
- Keep close relationship and exchange to Henkel sales and AD functions
- Assures all new products meet internal chemical health and safety requirements
- Report and presentation generation in Indian and/or English for internal purposes
YOUR SKILLS
- Master in chemical engineering / chemistry or PHD.
- Ideally experienced within the field of Thermal Conductive Materials
- Highly self-organized way of working.
- Good teamworking and communication skills.
- IT skills in Excel, PowerPoint; statistical data analysis of advantage.
