Job Title: Chartered Accountant
Location: Kerala
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹75,000 per month
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee financial reporting and budgeting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filings and audits.
- Provide guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization.
- Collaborate with management for strategic planning and decision-making based on financial data.
- Conduct risk management assessments and propose risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants or finance team members.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
Essential Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- MBA qualification is an added advantage.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
Skills Required:- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
