Reports to Senior Manager – Channel Support & Programs APMEA

Job summary


Miller Knoll is a modern design company that is formed of multiple highly reputable global brands. Its primary business is design, manufacture and selling of furnishings.


This role will be a part of International contract (B2B) business, and will manage and analyze all data pertaining to the contract dealer distribution for Miller Knoll International that includes the areas Europe, APAC and Middle East.


The job involves managing the dealer related data on Salesforce, performing logical and analytical checks for accuracy of data form various sources, interpret and analyze data, and translate into actionable results for key international contract stakeholders.


Database Management - Salesforce & CRM for dealers


  • Coordination with all International regions to ensure:
    • Complete management of International dealer data in Salesforce & other CRM systems
    • Data consistency within systems linked to dealers
    • 100% data accuracy
    • Regular data cleansing and update

Data visualization, analysis & reporting


  • Create accurate reports in a timely fashion, utilizing Salesforce and other data across multiple sources within the company
  • Creating complex dashboards in BI platforms like Power BI or similar tools
  • Ability to deep dive into datasets to provide business analysis and ability to turn data into insightful Management Information (graphs, presentations, reports, dashboards etc.)
  • Proactively monitor key business statistics i.e. dealer sales performance, share of wallet, product sales etc.
  • Confident in presenting findings

Communication


  • First class written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner
  • Strong influencing and networking skills; a good team player

Market Research


  • Support with general market and dealer research activities

Job holder requirements


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a business analytical role or similar position
  • Experienced in managing Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Experienced in using Power BI or similar analytical software
  • Good understanding and experience of running data queries in Access and Salesforce
  • Advanced user of Excel and Access
  • Excellent MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Word
  • Analytical and process development savvy
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
  • Ability to innovate and look for the extra-mile of internal and external client satisfaction
  • Effective time management
  • High level of energy and self-initiative to see tasks through from beginning to completion
  • Proficient in English (writing and vocal)
