Job Description
The Change Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the change management process within the organization. This role ensures that changes are implemented smoothly and efficiently, minimizing disruption to operations and maximizing employee adoption and usage. The Change Manager works closely with various stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- At least 2 years of experience in change management, project management, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in technology, Business administration, or equivalent experience

- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
- Experience with change management methodologies and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in stakeholder management and engagement
- Knowledge of organizational development principles
- Proficiency in project management and IT Service Management tools e.g. ServiceNow
What will you be doing in this role?
- Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans
- Conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders
- Overseeing and managing communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged
- Providing coaching and support to Change implementers and other IT/Technology stakeholders to facilitate change process adoption
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of changes and adjusting as needed
- Collaborating with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans
- Identifying and managing risks and resistance to change
