Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will develop and implement change communication strategies managing site enablement. This role crafts and deliver change management communications to all partners and collaborates with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans. This role is essential for ensuring clarity and consistency in all change management communications, addressing partner concerns, and fostering a positive transition experience. The lead’s work will enhance employee engagement and support the organization’s ability to navigate change effectively. .
Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
Develop and deliver communication strategies to manage site enablement.
Create and deliver change management communications to key collaborators.
Provide mentor and support to managers and supervisors during the change process.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for communication-related issues.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary adjustments.
Ensure clarity and consistency in all change management communications
What we expect of you
Doctorate degree and 2 years of change management experience
Masters' degree and 8 to 10 years of change management experience OR
Bachelor’s degree and 10 to 14 years of change management experience OR
Diploma and 14 to 18 years of change management experience
Demonstrated ability in change management or communications.
Solid understanding of communication tools and methodologies.
Expertise in developing and implementing communication strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
Experience in multi-site project models and client presentation skills.
