As the Change Management Capability Owner for the Sales Enablement Systems (SES) Global Center of Excellence, you will focus on communication and change management for Salesforce projects. Your goal will be to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce by collaborating with global and regional stakeholders, leveraging your Salesforce expertise, and applying change management strategies.

A Day in the Life


You will be responsible for:


  • Develop and execute communication and change management strategies to ensure successful Salesforce adoption, utilizing innovative techniques and tools.


  • Collaborate closely with regional sales enablement and functional teams to ensure consistency and adherence to global standards for Salesforce communication and change capabilities.


  • Leverage Trailhead and gamification techniques to boost user engagement, facilitate Salesforce adoption, and increase user proficiency.


  • Develop & maintain comprehensive training materials, including videos and e-learnings, to ensure thorough user understanding and effective training.


  • Conduct detailed Salesforce walkthroughs and hands-on sessions to facilitate better understanding and usage among stakeholders.


  • Identify, track, and analyze key indicators of Salesforce adoption and business outcomes to measure success and inform continuous improvement.


  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and identify opportunities to enhance business value.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication.


Must Have: Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in a must.


  • Minimum of 7 -10 years of relevant experience..


  • Proven experience in communication and change management strategies, including the application of innovative techniques.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Strong project management abilities, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.


  • Experience working with cross-functional teams from project initiation to completion.


  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices.


Nice to Have


  • MBA from top-tiered institute.


  • Salesforce certifications.


  • Experience leading or mentoring team members.
