1. Coordinates the effective implementation and support of Change Control Management.
2. Evaluates all recommended changes and ensures implementation schedules do not interfere with business operations.
3. Collaborates with the change owner to gain commitment on schedule changes.
4. Identifies and/or challenges schedules that could create conflicts with business operations.
5. Produces, oversees and controls the change schedule. 6. Negotiates scheduling conflicts based on business priorities.
7. Coordinates daily ITCM activities across the IT organization.
8. Manages ITCM process compliance with audit requirements by tracking and monitoring identified regulatory artifacts.
9. Participates in all change advisory boards (CABs) through the process life cycle.
10. Reviews change requests for completeness, from documentation to post-implementation review.
11. Participates in incident and problem analysis for possible consequences of a change and its implementation. 12. Reviews all implemented changes to ensure objectives have been met
13. Collaborates with all levels of management to ensure business continuity.
14. Arranges and facilitates appropriate post-implementation review activities for changes, back-outs, or failures as prescribed by the process policy.
15. Investigates process gaps, and works to implement corrective actions.
16. Defines metrics for Change Control statistics.
17. Monitors trends and reports on release efficiency metrics.
18. Operates at an advisory level, consistently interacting with IT and line-of-business senior management
19. Leads the efforts in creating standard procedures for the issuance and approval of standards documents.
20. Provides training on the change management process 21. Provides coaching and guidance to team members. Acts in a team leadership role.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or management IT, and related field or equivalent experience are required.
2. Typically has 5 or more years of IT experience with 3-5 years of incident, problem or change workflow automation tool experience a plus
3. Working Experience in IT end-to-end change management, encompassing project management, application development and operational procedures.
4. Requires 1-3 years of demonstrated process improvement or leadership experience.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to accurately record and manages changes in a change management tool. Knowledge of all aspects of all assigned services, including infrastructure, operations, customer service, software, network, stakeholder and business unit components.

5. Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail
6. Ability to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines
7. Ability to analyze risk of changes and work with Change Management Governance team to identify potential conflicts or issues.
8. Knowledge and deep understanding of Change Management tools, especially with regard to workflows and approvals.
9. Skilled in analyzing change data and reporting metrics, and cause/effect relationships to stakeholders.
