As a Change Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting organizational transformation across various domains, including process, technology, and behavioral change. The ideal candidate is a hands-on change professional who excels in delivering change efforts within projects and workstreams, focusing on the human side of transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure effective change execution, process optimization, and employee support throughout the transformation journey.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Change Consultant - Communications to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting communication efforts for transformational change projects, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and motivated during times of transformation. Key Responsibilities:
·Support Change Communications: Assist in the design and execution of communication plans that align with transformational change initiatives, ensuring all messages are clear, relevant, and tailored to various audiences.
·Content Creation: Help develop and deliver communication materials such as emails, presentations, FAQs, newsletters, and updates to guide employees through organizational changes.
·Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with change management teams, key stakeholders, and the business to understand the scope and objectives of change initiatives and create communication strategies that support these goals.
·Drive Employee Engagement: Help create content and initiatives that keep employees informed, motivated, and connected during periods of change.
·Assist with Communication Challenges: Help identify potential communication issues and assist in developing responses to address them in a timely and effective manner.
·Tailor Communications to Teams: Collaborate with various teams to ensure communication plans are aligned with specific department or business transformation goals.
·Communication Tools: Help manage internal communication tools (e.g., intranet, internal social media) to distribute important change-related information and updates.
Required qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.
·3-5 years communications, particularly in Change Communications.
·Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages for internal audiences.
·Proficiency in content creation, including emails, presentations, and employee communications.

You are a highly organized communicator, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You are collaborative and skilled at building relationships, able to adapt communications to different audiences. With a strong attention to detail, you are results oriented and focused on delivering tangible outcomes for your stakeholders.
