Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead IPO process and secure fundraising through strong bank relationships.
- Lead the Accounts team at HO and the Factories who will functionally report to CFO.
- Develop financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to align with business goals, identifying cost-saving and growth opportunities.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance, including preparation of financial statements and collaboration with auditors.
- Pursue funding opportunities, including grants, and manage compliance with external funding sources.
- Oversee investment strategies to ensure long-term financial stability.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing internal controls to protect assets.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- · IT Savvy including hands on experience of working SAP S/4 HANA
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- CA (Chartered Accountant) Qualification is required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Experience in Edible oil’s industry is strongly preferred.
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
